At OMRISHI VEDA PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing quality Ayurvedic and wellness products to our customers. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased through our website.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong product

  • A product that has been damaged during transit

you may contact us for assistance.

2. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For verification, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number

  • Photographs/videos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

  • Unboxing video, where available

3. Replacement

After reviewing the complaint, if the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we may arrange a replacement of the product.

Replacement is subject to product availability.

4. Refunds

As our standard policy is replacement rather than return/refund, refunds are generally not provided.

If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided due to product availability or other circumstances, OMRISHI VEDA PRIVATE LIMITED may, at its discretion, provide an appropriate resolution to the customer.

5. Products Not Eligible for Replacement

A replacement may not be provided in cases where:

  • The product has been used, opened, or consumed after delivery.

  • The issue is caused by improper storage or handling by the customer.

  • The product has been damaged after delivery due to customer negligence.

  • The complaint is made after the specified reporting period.

  • The customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
